Matplus chartered accountants was envisioned and conceptualised by Ms Tabassum Nathani around end of 2011. The first arm of compliance services, headed by Mr Arif Punjani were launched in 2012 to serve local clients in North West London region by having its first office in Sudbury town. Over the years, the firm added estate planning, wills, LPA and probate services to its portfolio of core compliance clients.

Today, Matplus prides itself on being known as one of the best in the industry, whether for compliance services or specialist property tax planning. To serve clients across the UK, post covid, Matplus was expanded to have a city presence in Kings Cross since 2021.

The current strategy is to assist new companies setting up in the UK as a financial partner with a special focus on promoting start-ups headed by female entrepreneurs.
